2. Hazardous Waste Licence - A Hazardous Waste Licence is a document issued by ZEMA that allow a person to generate, pre-treat, treat, handle, transport, store, dispose of, transit, trade in or export hazardous waste.

3. Pesticide and Toxic Substances Licence - A Pesticide and Toxic Substance Licence is a document issued by ZEMA that allow a person to manufacture, import, export, store, distribute, transport, blend, process, re-process or change the composition of a pesticide or toxic substance or re-process an existing pesticide or toxic substance for a new use.

4. Waste Management Licence - A Waste Management Licence issued by the ZEMA is a statutory authorization that permits a person or entity to generate, handle, store, transport, treat, or dispose of waste in accordance with prescribed environmental standards and conditions.
